- Stirred into yogurt. A scoop of Wild Berry through plain Greek yogurt, with a spoon of honey if you like.
- Overnight oats. Half a cup of oats, three quarters of a cup of milk, a scoop of Amazon Chocolate. Leave it overnight.
- Porridge. Stir a scoop of Raw into oatmeal once it is off the heat, so the probiotic cultures are not cooked.
- In a juice. Reds through cold orange or pomegranate juice, no blender needed.
- Crumbled over a bowl. Break up a +PlusBar over yogurt or ice cream as a topping.
One rule: keep it cold. Heat is hard on the probiotic cultures, so add the powder after cooking rather than before, and store an opened tub in the fridge.
