Greens Plus has been family owned and operated since 1989. One blend, made in small batches, sold direct and through the shops that have carried it for decades.
How it started
Lani Deauville, wife of Jude A. Deauville, co-founder and inspiration of Greens Plus, was paralysed in a diving accident in her teens. After decades of beating the odds, her health finally caught up with her. With hope dwindling, Lani's brother-in-law Sam Graci put his research to the test. Sam began his career as an adolescent psychologist and later trained as a biochemist; nutrition had interested him throughout, and he turned that focus to Lani.

What we make
Four Organic Superfood powders built on organic grasses, sea vegetables, superfruits and dairy-free probiotic cultures. Advanced Multi adds a food-based multivitamin to the same base, and Superfood Capsules put that formula in a capsule for anyone who would rather not mix a drink. +PlusBar is the same idea in a whole-food bar.
Ten products in total. We would rather make a small line properly than a large one carelessly.
What we will not do
- No artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners. The powders are sweetened with organic stevia leaf; Amazon Chocolate also carries a little raw organic cane sugar, and it says so on the label.
- No proprietary hiding. Every ingredient and every amount is printed on the label.
- No claims we cannot show you. Where a certification applies to some products and not others, we say which.
Our Organic Superfood powders are certified to the USDA National Organic Program by Organic Certifiers and listed by name in the USDA Organic Integrity Database.
