Worked through it is the Greens Plus Advanced Multi superfood blend: organic barley, wheat and alfalfa grasses, spirulina and chlorella, camu camu, an organic B-complex from guava, holy basil and lemon, algae calcium, vitamin D3 and standardized herbal extracts. The same multivitamin blend that goes into our Advanced Multi powder.
