Sabrina St. Rose
Sabrina is 52-years-old Strength Training NESTA Certified Personal Trainer and to most, doesn't look a day over 40. Her lean, muscular frame can be attributed to decades of being an athlete and proper diet and training in a gym. She starting training about two years ago, and her new found confidence has encouraged her to achieve a new goal: competing in the NPC National Bodybuilding Contest she is nationally ranked as of 2017. Between working a full-time job, training clients part-time and balancing family I have made the time as an amateur athlete to get in shape and look young and vibrant.
Winning 1st Place in March of 2017 at the NPC Gladiator Challenge in Baltimore in the GrandMaster Bikini competition convinced me I was on the right path. As a seasoned professional there are so many brands of food, supplements, clothing and services that I have used to build my brand as a bodybuilder to date. I am an excellent sales woman and proud to share brand details to my community as great products are hard to come by and my Fit Family of over 12,000 followers trusts me.

My passions are obsessive competition, blue collar athlete in regards to work ethic, & professionalism
As proven throughout my football career I dominate at elimination of barriers I transform “no’s” into yes. They why I do that by outworking my competition dial into my weaknesses endlessly to have them become a strengths.
Blue collar athlete is the first one there and the last one to leave that’s the kind of energy I bring to the atmosphere because I always want my teammates, co workers, coaches, administrators to say that I am a hard worker off and on the field I take pride in everything I do.
Lastly, professionalism one of the traits I bring to the table that I take pride in the most the little add up, the details become the bigger picture which is you, your foundation is based of off what you do every day on day in and day out you become what you repeatedly do.

Lawrence Trice Jr.
Lawrence Trice Jr. is a professional sprinter that has won a gold and silver medal for Team USA. He has an inspiring story of determination on and off the track. His passion and dedication to the sport continues to thrive after returning from some crucial and potentially career ending injuries. After two torn hamstrings, a LCL tear, surgical repair to the lower abdomen, a groin tear and a hernia, he has found the strength to persevere and boast an amazing comeback to the sport. There is more than what meets the eye with Lawrence. His life is one of hope, challenges and a strong will to succeed and make a powerful impact in the lives of others.
Lawrence was featured as a spokesperson for Twisted Gear sports wear, Agape Christian nonprofit, Diamonds in the Rough International, Oxygen 4 Energy, Bucked Up, Mir’Ra I.M.A.G.E., and many more. He has done commercials for Mir’Ra I.M.A.G.E, Exer-Genie and Oxygen 4 Energy. He has traveled across the country and outside of the U.S. revealing what drives him and motivates him to accomplish all of his dreams in life, and running also gives him the ability to showcase his athletic talents to the world.
There is more than what meets the eye with Lawrence. His life is one of hope, challenges and a strong will to succeed and make a powerful impact in the lives of others. As an athlete, he has top 5 marks at Arizona State University and broke several records at AAG Sports Academy, which still stand to this day. He is also World ranked in the 60m and 100m prior to his battles with injury.
As one of the fastest men to ever run the track at Arizona State University and AAG Sports Academy, Lawrence was faced with adversity and challenged by most. At the age of 8, he quickly found himself as the “man of the house” after his father left and accepted great responsibility to assist his family. As a young boy at 14, he became an entrepreneur to help provide for his family and started a lawn maintenance business. He provided grass-cutting services, picked weeds and helped with small odd jobs to earn the little money he could.
Lawrence later found himself entangled in a gang-related situation through his association with his family member. Without any knowledge of the event, he found himself holding a gun and following instructions to wait for people related to an armed robbery. Through many different experiences, his childhood had many tested battles and strongly contributes to his humility and desire to help others through challenging situations in life. His entrepreneurial spirit continues to thrive as a motivational speaker, fitness trainer, model and actor. He is also America’s S.P.R.I.N.T. ambassador helping at-risk youth reach their full potential.
God was able to remove him from this situation and blessed him with his life and future. He parted ways from his cousins and associations with gangs to focus on the life of being a: father for his house hold, an example for others to follow, and to do things that no one else in his family has ever done get a college degree (He has received degrees in Sociology & Exercise & Wellness and a Master’s in Postsecondary higher education).
Six years later he finds himself-featured as a spokesperson for Agape Christian non-profit, Diamonds in Rough International, Oxygen 4 Energy, and Mir’Ra IMAGE and many more. He has done commercials for Mir’Ra IMAGE, Oxygen 4 Energy and Blue Cross. He has traveled across the country and outside of the country revealing what drives him and motivates him to accomplish all of his dreams in life and running also gives him the ability to showcase his athletic talents to the world. Just to think the other people involved in the case was sentenced to over 8 years in prison and Lawrence has been able to live out his dreams and change the lives of many. This is a true statement of drive and never giving up. That type of heart is shown every time he works with clients, schools, kids and everyone he talks to. He knows how it feels to defeat the odds and that’s the type of guy you want pushing you or your company to the limit.
Nothing cool about selfies or this -6 degree weather but I absolutely love @greensplus products.

Growing up in Canada, Raya was a competitive ski racer with Olympic ambitions. In 2001 she tragically broke her back. It took nearly a decade of recovery physically and emotionally. In 2010 Raya's health took a turn once again firstly being diagnosed with cervical carinoma followed by contracting ce rebral malaria and viral meningitis whist travelling in West Africa. And this followed another 4 year recovery. In 2014 Raya woke up and realised she was depressed, overweight nor did she like who she saw when looking in the mirror. She decided there and then she needed to do something about it. Raya started running - SLOWLY. To say she was unfit is an understatement. Raya soon realised that the impact of running on its own was going to be too tough given her past health history.
She signed up to the local triathlon club. Got a bike and started to commute to and from work and learned to swim. She learned how to eat healthy and I cut out 'binge drinking' completely. I lost 12kgs in 18 months. Last year Raya competed in her very first half ironman triathlon (distance; swim 2km, bike 90km & run 21km) and came 19th! This year she succeeded this by completing the full distance ironman (double the distance of the half) in Mexico this November.
Her greatest achievement to date is qualifying for the World championships in the middle distance in South Africa next year. Today Raya aims to inspire. She wants people to understand that there are no limits to what you can achieve no matter what life has thrown at you. If her story can help make those changes her journey will have been worth while. In this regard she would like to work with brands who have a similar mindset and values.
Amir is an exceptional athlete, he is currently ranked #3 in the nation as a 17-18 middleweight boxer and also has some national titles to his name. He is currently a student athlete and has always put school first but nonetheless his future is most definitely bright.
